We are going to perform a planned service maintenance.

Any component of TicketCo platform may be unavailable during the mentioned time window. Also, all users will be logged out (both wallet and organizer apps/admin panel).

The expected duration is a few short unavailability windows of up to 5 minutes in total. Please check our Status page: http://status.ticketco.events/ on the progress.

This scheduled maintenance affected: TicketCo Cloud Platform, TicketCo payment systems, Communications between event organizer app and cloud platform, Public API and Ticket Distribution (Ticket distribution on SMS, Ticket distribution on email).
