This incident affected: Ticket Distribution (Ticket distribution on SMS, Ticket distribution on email), TicketCo Cloud Platform, TicketCo payment systems, Communications between event organizer app and cloud platform, Ticketco Media System (TMS), and TicketCo Online Platform (Public API).
