Ticket buyers will be queued into the cloud platform according to their place in the queue. We will monitor the situation.

Administrators can access the platform directly by using https://ticketco.events/admin and should not be queued.

The performance and user experience is expected to be normal during the high load period, but new users will be queued when the load is too high and get access according to their spot in the queue.
